How to change your user image on facebook:

1. Open up your profile in facebook, and click EDIT on the top toolbar.
2. Click on the Picture tab
3. Click on Browse and then select the image from wherever you saved it
4. Press OK

How to change your user image on MSN Messenger:

1. In the toolbar click on Tools > Options
2. Click on CHANGE PICTURE button
3. Click on Browse and then select the image from wherever you saved it
4. Press OK
